By accessing or using mrsolitaire.com(the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site and all games on it are free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use the Site as a guest without creating an account. When account features become available, you may create one account per person.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with the game engine or leaderboards in a way that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.
  • Use the Site in a manner that could damage, overburden, or impair its availability or performance.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the game engines, source code, design, graphics, text, strategy articles, and leaderboard data — is owned by or licensed to Mr. Solitaire and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our express written permission.

The underlying rules of classic card games (Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, Pyramid, TriPeaks) are in the public domain. Only our specific implementation — the code, content, and design — is protected.

3. User accounts

When account features become available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in score manipulation, or otherwise abuse the leaderboard system.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR. SOLITAIRE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
